A beautiful, celestial, peaceful, and restorative frequency from home. My team transmit their healing energies through my field, bringing forward a shared experience we both feel, while restoring balance to the bodies, fields, and chakras and raising your vibration.  What you feel can be subjective, changing from person to person -  a light vibration within or around your body is quite common as too is heat or a tingling sensation.  One person described it as a beautiful hug, like someone wrapping a shawl around their shoulders and others can feel incredibly relaxed and peaceful.

The ability to transmute energy in motion and process emotion is a natural toolkit we all carry on this Ascenson journey - it is just something we weren't taught, or a language we forgot. What I share and practice is simple, easy, and accessible to everyone, because at the heart of this path is a beautiful truth - that we each hold the sovereignty to choose which frequencies we invite into our lives, and the power to gently release those that no longer serve our highest peace. I offer grounded support for navigating emotional shifts, intense life transitions, overwhelm, cyclic patterns and ancestral trauma, accentuated by ascension, spiritual awakening and the energetic body coming online.  Empowering you with intuitive tools  and easy steps to process emotion, intergrate shadow and heavy energy, bringing the body back to balance.

I don't teach, I share through my lived experience when dealing with ascension's emotional and mental challenges,  alongside  multi-dimensional concepts, galactic connections, and direct spiritual communication.  A standard 3D approach may not resonate or hold the right context for you.   Sometimes, it helps to have a sounding board - someone who is also navigating these times.  I'm here to assist you from a shared experience.
