I'm Renae and I'm so pleased you've found me.

I assist with the energetic body coming online, to better understand the sensations and experiences being felt. I share tools and knowledge from my own journey - should they resonate - to support and empower you, as we all, should we choose it, start to awaken to more that is.

Everything is energy, including our emotional, mental, and physical bodies. Through our earthly experience, we descended into a lower vibration and forgot how to work with and transmute energy. From the highest perspective I can currently see (and there are many layers to this), it was to experience life without access to higher wisdom, to forget who are in order to remember, and to climb out of the density, one by one, together.

We are not meant to sit in chaotic emotion and low vibrational energies. We are meant to experience, acknowledge, and transmute them, returning ourselves to a state of balance - and from there, choosing what we allow into our field.

Imagine a world where everyone takes responsibility for their own internal state - clearing heavy emotion rather than sitting in it or projecting it onto others. There would be only peace, harmony, and understanding. What is awaiting us, we cannot take our baggage to and we are being asked to clear.

We are here in this time to master our emotional and mental bodies. This is our evolution, and what is now available to us. Should you choose it for your current pathway, it is my honour and highest purpose to be of service and assistance.
